Living a healthy lifestyle has been a journey for me - from fad diets, saying no to meals out, to working out for 3 hours a day - I've done it all.
Now I am taking what I've learnt and I am offering to help you towards a lifestyle of balance and enjoyment.
Focussing on how you feel and what we can do to ensure you are living life to the full!
